I am an organizational psychologist and Tenure-Track Research Fellow in Organizational Behavior at the University of Liverpool Management School. I received my doctorate from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and was a visiting PhD candidate at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Before my doctoral studies, I worked as a research assistant at Yale University — an experience that cemented my commitment to research as a vocation.

My research sits at the intersection of leadership, emotions, and diversity at work. My work appears in journals including Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, with papers currently under review or revision at Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology , and Journal of Organizational Behavior — and several more in the pipeline.
